Hi, I’m Cindy Thomas. I’m so glad you’re here.
First and foremost, I’m a Christian. Christ is my Lord and Savior, and my faith is at the heart of who I am and how I try to live my life. God comes first, and I’m deeply grateful for His love, grace, and guidance through every season.
I have been married to my husband, John, since 2000. These days, I’m also his full-time caregiver. It isn’t always an easy journey, but it is an important part of our life together, and one I walk with love and faith.
I have two grown sons, a lovely daughter-in-law, and a sweet and adorable granddaughter. Family is one of life’s greatest blessings, and my family brings more joy and sunshine into my world than I could ever put into words.
I began working from home in 2000, long before working remotely became as common as it is today. Over the years, I’ve written, created, published, explored new ideas, and built projects from the comfort of home. Although I’m now retired, I haven’t completely stopped working. I still enjoy it far too much for that. I simply work at a slower pace and give myself more freedom to choose the projects that genuinely interest me.
One of my favorite things is creating something from nothing. I love taking the tiniest spark of an idea and turning it into something useful, interesting, or beautiful, whether that’s a book, a tutorial, a printable bundle, a digital product, or something entirely new. There’s something incredibly satisfying about watching all the little pieces come together and realizing that an idea once living only in your imagination has become something real.
When I’m not creating, I love to read. Jane Austen and all things Regency have a special place in my heart. I’m fascinated by the customs, homes, clothing, relationships, and everyday details of life during that period.
I’m also a great fan of mysteries. I love following the clues, considering the possibilities, and trying to solve the puzzle before the truth is revealed. History is another favorite, especially the personal side of it. I enjoy learning about real people, the lives they lived, the challenges they faced, and the stories that might otherwise be forgotten.
